The Region II Children's Services Coordinating Committee (known as the Kids Council) is a grass roots organization that assesses, plans, coordinates, and funds the development and enhancement of children and family related services in Region II of North Dakota. Region II includes the counties of Bottineau, Burke, McHenry, Mountrail, Pierce, Renville and Ward.
